Lendi Bagh at Sai Ka Aangan

On the auspicious tithi of Guru Purnima, July 5, 2020, Dr. Satpathyji suggested that the empty land near the entrance to Sai ka Aangan from the E Block side of Sushant Lok, Gurugram could be taken care of by the Temple, if permission was given by the RWA. The proposal was made to the Resident Welfare Association of the neighbourhood and the hitherto unmaintained plot was allocated to the Temple Trust for maintenance.

The area was contained within a gate and the work of beautification by setting up a green corner in the area began with effect from November 11, 2020. The garden has been named the ‘Lendi Bagh’ with a signage indicating the same. Visitors to the Aangan will now be able to get a feel of Shri Sainath’s love for plants in this miniature lawn. Imagining the probable layout of the 'Lendi Bagh' of Baba's times, with a spiral pathway lined with lamp posts, Tulsi and marigold plants, some evergreens and an old banyan tree, this garden gives vibrations of joy to the devotees of Baba who feel transported to the period when Baba personally worked to take care of the plants in the garden.
